I know it is hard to duplicate indian curry dishes like the ones you eat at restaurants. This one is my own version of Indian curry that I make at home. Hope you like it!

Black Forest Cake
When I think about dessert I think about three key ingredients: chocolate, heavy cream and fruit. That is my "trinity" for baking dessert. Lately I have been craving one of my favorite ones, Black Forest Cake. I make chocolate genoise, simple syrup with cloves and cinnamon (that is actually the secret ingredient) fresh whipping cream and cherries. I divide the genoise in four layers. To assemble the cake I place one layer of genoise on a plate, add syrup, whipping cream and cherries. Repeat the process till the forth layer of genoise is on top. Then I cover the cake with more cream and sprinkle grated chocolate on top!!
