I know it is hard to duplicate indian curry dishes like the ones you eat at restaurants. This one is my own version of Indian curry that I make at home. Hope you like it!
Sunday is usually italian day in our house. It can either be pizza or Pasta. This time it was pasta and of corse, since I am Italian we made the pasta and sauce from scratch.
